Buscamos proporcionar experiências transformadoras e acolhedoras para nossos diferentes públicos.SOBRE A POSIÇÃOA pessoa Atendente de Loja I será responsável por proporcionar uma experiência de compra acolhedora e diferenciada, realizando atendimento consultivo, apoiando a operação da loja e contribuindo para os resultados comerciais. A atuação envolve vendas, operação de caixa, organização de produtos, reposição, controle de estoque e participação em ações e eventos da Loja MASP.Responsabilidades e atribuições·         Atender visitantes com cordialidade e agilidade, identificando necessidades e realizando venda consultiva de livros, artigos de design, produtos institucionais, papelaria e demais itens da loja.

·         Promover e comercializar o programa Amigo MASP, apresentando seus benefícios e contribuindo para o atingimento das metas de adesão.

·         Operar o sistema de vendas (PDV) e realizar procedimentos de caixa e meios de pagamento conforme as normas internas.

·         Receber, conferir, precificar, etiquetar e repor mercadorias na área de vendas.

·         Organizar e manter a conservação do ambiente da loja e dos produtos expostos.

·         Garantir a correta exposição dos produtos, seguindo as diretrizes e os padrões de Visual Merchandising definidos pelo MASP.

·         Apoiar inventários, contagens cíclicas e rotinas de controle de estoque.

·         Participar da montagem, operação e desmontagem de lojas temporárias, feiras, eventos e ações internas e externas do museu.

·         Cumprir normas internas, procedimentos de prevenção de perdas, segurança patrimonial e padrões de qualidade.

·         Atuar de forma colaborativa com a equipe, contribuindo para uma experiência positiva do público e para o alcance dos resultados da loja.Requisitos e qualificações·         Ensino Médio completo.

·         Mínimo de 2 anos de experiência em atendimento ao cliente ou varejo.

·         Conhecimento de técnicas de atendimento ao cliente e vendas.

·         Experiência com operação de caixa e meios de pagamento.

·         Conhecimento básico de informática.

·         Boa comunicação, cordialidade e escuta ativa.

·         Organização, atenção aos detalhes e agilidade no atendimento.

·         Disponibilidade para trabalhar em equipe e lidar com diferentes perfis de público.

·         Noções de rotinas e controle de estoque.

·         Conhecimento de técnicas e conceitos de Visual Merchandising.
