Responsável pelo atendimento aos clientes da padaria/cafeteria, realizando o preparo e a finalização de lanches, bebidas e demais produtos de consumo rápido, conforme os padrões estabelecidos pela empresa. Atua na organização e higienização do ambiente, reposição de produtos e insumos e apoio na abertura e fechamento da operação, seguindo as normas de higiene, segurança dos alimentos, boas práticas de manipulação e procedimentos internos, contribuindo para uma experiência positiva aos clientes.

Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesAtender os clientes com cordialidade, agilidade e atenção, conforme os padrões de atendimento da empresa.Receber, organizar e preparar os pedidos realizados no balcão, garantindo qualidade e agilidade na entrega.Preparar cafés, bebidas, pão de queijo, misto quente, lanches e demais produtos conforme os padrões estabelecidos.Realizar a montagem e finalização dos produtos, mantendo a apresentação e os padrões de qualidade definidos pela empresa.Repor e organizar produtos, utensílios, embalagens e insumos necessários para a operação.Conferir validade, conservação e condições adequadas de armazenamento dos produtos e insumos.Manter balcões, vitrines, equipamentos e áreas de atendimento limpos, organizados e abastecidos.Realizar a montagem e organização das mesas, bem como o recolhimento de louças e utensílios utilizados pelos clientes.Realizar a lavagem e higienização de louças, utensílios, equipamentos, balcões, mesas, pisos e demais áreas da operação.Seguir as normas de higiene, segurança dos alimentos, boas práticas de manipulação e utilização dos EPIs.Zelar pela conservação e limpeza dos equipamentos e utensílios utilizados na operação.Apoiar na abertura e fechamento da padaria/cafeteria, conforme os procedimentos internos.Apoiar no controle e organização dos materiais, insumos e produtos utilizados na operação.Identificar e comunicar necessidades de reposição, falta de produtos, insumos ou materiais.Manter o ambiente adequado, limpo e organizado para o atendimento ao público durante todo o período de funcionamento.Apoiar a equipe nas demais atividades relacionadas ao funcionamento da padaria/cafeteria.

Requisitos e qualificaçõesEnsino fundamental CompletoConhecimentos básicos de higiene e manipulação de alimentos.Perfil ágil, organizado e atento aos detalhes.Boa comunicação e facilidade no atendimento ao público.Bom relacionamento e trabalho em equipe.Disponibilidade para trabalhar em escala, incluindo feriados.Experiência com atendimento ao público; padaria, cafeteria, lanchonete ou alimentação será considerado um diferencial.
