Usamos nossa energia para mudar a vida das pessoas!Vem com a gente?Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesEstamos em busca de um(a) Vendedor(a) Interno(a) para atuar na comercialização de energia elétrica no Mercado Livre de Energia.A posição é focada em vendas consultivas, com atuação sobre uma base de clientes previamente qualificada por ações de marketing e indicações, com foco em entender a necessidade do cliente e construir a melhor solução comercial.Procuramos um profissional comunicativo, organizado e orientado a resultados, que tenha interesse em atuar em um mercado técnico e com alto potencial de crescimento.Principais responsabilidadesRealizar vendas internas de energia elétrica no Mercado Livre de Energia;Atuar sobre carteira de clientes previamente qualificados (leads inbound e indicações);Conduzir interações com clientes por telefone, WhatsApp e e-mail, de forma consultiva e personalizada;Identificar necessidades e oportunidades de negócio de acordo com o perfil de consumo do cliente;Elaborar e apresentar propostas comerciais;Acompanhar o funil de vendas, realizando follow-ups até o fechamento;Registrar e atualizar informações de clientes e negociações em CRM;Cumprir metas comerciais relacionadas a conversão e faturamento;Contribuir com melhorias no processo comercial e abordagem de vendas.Requisitos e qualificaçõesRequisitosExperiência prévia com vendas internas (Inside Sales ou Call Center);Boa comunicação verbal e escrita;Perfil proativo, organizado e orientado a resultados;Capacidade de conduzir negociações e criar relacionamento com clientes;Ensino médio completo.DiferenciaisExperiência com vendas consultivas B2B;Experiência no setor de energia, utilities ou serviços;Conhecimento em CRM (RD Station);Familiaridade com funil de vendas e gestão de oportunidades.Informações adicionaisPlano de saúde (Unimed),Total pass,Vittude,Vale alimentação/ Refeição,Seguro de vida Bradesco,Previdência Privada.Horário: de segunda a sexta-feira, das 09h00 às 17h12.
