Atender e prestar serviços de apoio a usuários para suporte e resolução de problemas técnicos em informática, conforme contrato.Responsabilidades e atribuições· Recepcionar, registrar, classificar, priorizar e acompanhar os chamados de serviço;· Monitorar e acompanhar a situação de todos os chamados registrados;· Acompanhar todo ciclo de vida de incidentes e solicitações, priorizando-os ou escalando-os para outro nível quando necessário e encerrando aqueles que tiverem sua solução confirmada;· Esclarecer dúvidas e manter os usuários informados sobre a situação e andamento das suas requisições;· Fornecer suporte inicial realizando investigação, diagnóstico de problemas em softwares e sites utilizados pelo cliente;· Fornecer atendimento de instalação e configuração nas aplicações utilizadas pelo cliente que estejam dentro do escopo do 1º nível de Atendimento;· Solucionar os chamados, utilizando os procedimentos operacionais padrão, através de atendimento telefônico ou acesso remoto ao equipamento;· Prover informações e recomendações para a melhoria do serviço;· Sugerir a criação de novos documentos para base de conhecimento e manter atualizados os existentes quando for necessário.Requisitos e qualificaçõesFormação:Curso técnico completo ou nível superior em andamento, ambos na área de Tecnologia da Informação, reconhecido pelo MEC, comprovado através de declaração de matrícula atualizado, referente ao período em curso, diploma ou certificado de conclusão de curso ou documento equivalente.Cursos/Qualificações:Curso de 20h em ITIL Foundation V3 ou superior, podendo ser apresentada certificação em ITIL Foundation V3 ou superior.Experiência Profissional:Experiência comprovada em atendimento a usuários, com escopo incluindo Tecnologia da Informação, em centrais do tipo HelpDesk ou Service Desk ou, ainda, que tenha experiência em suporte técnico em informática.Informações adicionais
