Acelera com a gente!Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesComo Atendente no Grupo FIT, você será a voz, o sorriso e a energia da nossa marca na linha de frente, garantindo experiências gastronômicas rápidas e inesquecíveis.Suas principais responsabilidades e atribuições incluem:Atendimento ao Cliente, Conexão e HospitalidadeAcolhimento de Impacto: Recepcionar e acolher os clientes com simpatia, energia alta e cordialidade, identificando suas necessidades e garantindo um atendimento ágil condizente com o ritmo de um aeroporto.Atendimento Consultivo: Explicar detalhadamente os itens do cardápio, sugerir harmonizações de bebidas ou acompanhamentos e esclarecer dúvidas sobre ingredientes e alergênicos.Resolução Ágil: Apoiar o cliente na resolução de pequenas dúvidas ou intercorrências durante o pedido, garantindo que ele saia totalmente satisfeito.Vendas Pró-Ativas, Metas e Sugestão de ProdutosFoco em Resultados: Atuar ativamente para o atingimento das metas de vendas diárias e mensais da loja através da técnica de venda sugestiva (oferecer adicionais, combos ou produtos em promoção).Fidelização de Marca: Promover as campanhas sazonais e os lançamentos das grandes marcas parceiras do grupo (como Heineken, Kopenhagen ou Garoto), elevando o tíquete médio da unidade.Operação de Caixa, Registro e Controle FinanceiroRegistro de Pedidos: Operar o sistema de frente de caixa (PDV), registrando os pedidos dos clientes com máxima atenção para evitar erros de lançamento.Recebimento de Valores: Realizar a cobrança dos pedidos através de diferentes modalidades de pagamento (cartões, PIX, dinheiro ou vouchers), garantindo a emissão correta do cupom fiscal.Fechamento de Caixa: Apoiar e realizar a abertura, conferência de fundo de troco e fechamento do caixa do seu turno com total transparência e acuracidade.Organização do Salão, Abastecimento e Segurança AlimentarPadrão Visual da Loja: Manter balcões, vitrines de exposição, mesas e a área de atendimento rigorosamente limpos, organizados e higienizados de acordo com as normas da Anvisa.Abastecimento Contínuo: Realizar a reposição de produtos, insumos (guardanapos, talheres, sachês) e bebidas nas geladeiras e displays de venda, zelando pela correta aplicação do conceito PVPS (Primeiro que Vence, Primeiro que Sai).Sinergia com a Cozinha: Garantir o fluxo de informações limpo e rápido com os times de cozinha e retaguarda para que os pedidos saiam no tempo certo e no padrão de qualidade exigido.Requisitos e qualificaçõesBuscamos um profissional que se identifique com nosso propósito e tenha as seguintes qualificações:Organizacionais: Disciplina que nos fortalece, Segurança em cada atitude, Gratidão que nos conecta, Vibração que inspira.Habilidades Técnicas: Pessoa comunicativa, com escuta ativa e empatia genuína no atendimento.Habilidades Comportamentais: Organizada, disciplinada e com ritmo para acompanhar a operação.Conhecimentos: Interessada em aprender técnicas de vendas e contribuir com o time nos resultados.
