A pessoa, Atendente I, será responsável por proporcionar aos turistas e visitantes uma excelente experiência em toda sua jornada no Parque, superando as expectativas, sempre alerta às necessidades e ocorrências no ambiente, no que tange esclarecer dúvidas, explicar ao visitante sobre o parque, atrações e conteúdo relacionado como história, fauna e flora local, organizar as filas e observar a conservação das áreas comuns.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesEncantar o visitante, mediante a identificação das reais necessidades e um atendimento personalizado e de qualidade, de forma cordial, simpática e receptiva, sendo proativo na abordagem;Apoiar os visitantes em caso de emergência por meio do cumprimento das normas e procedimentos estabelecidos pela empresa;Fiscalizar juntamente com a segurança as irregularidades que infringem as regras de acesso;Realizar vendas para as operações internas do Parque, de acordo com o posto de trabalho em que estiver alocado, buscando alavancar o resultado e proporcionar experiência completa aos turistas e visitantes;Praticar o cumprimento de todas as normas de segurança e utilização dos equipamentos de proteção Individual;Demais funções pertinentes ao cargo Atendente I;Requisitos e qualificaçõesTer fácil acesso ao centro de Canela;Ter disponibilidade para atuar em escala 6x1, com uma folga no meio da semana.Informações adicionaisVale Transporte e/ou fretado do centro de Canela até o Parque;Vale Refeição;Vale Alimentação;Seguro de vida;Plano de Saúde;Assistência Odontológica;Cartão Natal;Auxílio Creche;
