Este profissional lida com solicitações complexas de consumidores residenciais e comerciais de pequeno porte, traduzindo termos técnicos para uma linguagem acessível e garantindo a segurança jurídica e operacional da distribuidora para atuar em nossas bases do Rio de Janeiro.A posição tem como objetivo Prestar atendimento técnico e comercial a clientes residenciais, esclarecendo dúvidas sobre faturamento, oscilações de rede, novos pedidos de ligação e garantindo o cumprimento das normas da Agência Nacional de Energia Elétrica (ANEEL).

Responsabilidades e atribuições Principais ResponsabilidadesAtendimento voltado para os consultores técnicos;Interação com áreas técnicas da empresa;Suporte a Demandas Técnicas de CampoNovas Ligações e Aumentos de Carga: Analisar pedidos de novos padrões de entrada (monofásico, bifásico ou trifásico) e conferir se a documentação do eletricista particular atende às normas da distribuidora.Geração Distribuída (Solar): Orientar clientes residenciais sobre as etapas para homologação de microgeração solar fotovoltaica e troca do medidor por um modelo bidirecional.Ocorrências na Rede: Registrar e classificar chamados de falta de energia, oscilação de tensão, fios partidos na via pública ou transformadores danificados, priorizando casos de urgência (como clientes que usam aparelhos de home care).Processos Regulatórios e OuvidoriaRessarcimento de Danos: Conduzir o processo de abertura de pedidos de indenização por queima de eletrodomésticos após surtos de tensão na rede elétrica, conforme os prazos da ANEEL.Regularização de Fraudes: Tratar reclamações ou contestações de Termos de Ocorrência e Inspeção (TOI) em casos de suspeita de desvio de energia ("gatos").
