O grupo UMAUMA é um dos ecossistemas de entretenimento mais completos do mercado, formado por agências que conectam marcas a pessoas de forma única, sempre com foco em criar experiências com excelência.A NOWA9 é a nossa agência de Trade Marketing, uma aceleradora para empresas de bens de consumo, com foco em aumento de vendas e construção de marca.Criamos pontes entre marcas e pessoas, conectando parceiros estratégicos, abrindo frentes em canais de distribuição on e off trade e levando as marcas até o consumidor final.Estamos buscando duas pessoas para o time: uma para a posição júnior e outra para pleno.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesAtuar no atendimento e acompanhamento de projetos de Trade Marketing, sendo responsável pela organização das demandas e pela interface entre clientes e áreas internas da agência.Principais atividades:• Receber, organizar e desdobrar briefings junto às áreas de Planejamento, Criação e Produção;• Acompanhar projetos do briefing à entrega, garantindo cumprimento de prazos, qualidade das entregas e alinhamento entre as áreas envolvidas;• Construir e manter cronogramas, planilhas de controle, status de projetos, checklists e demais ferramentas de acompanhamento;• Realizar follow-ups com equipes internas, fornecedores e clientes, garantindo evolução e conclusão das pendências;• Participar de reuniões com clientes, registrando decisões, responsáveis, próximos passos e prazos;• Apoiar e conduzir demandas de baixa e média complexidade com autonomia;• Elaborar e atualizar apresentações, relatórios, status reports e materiais de acompanhamento dos projetos;• Apoiar o controle de orçamentos, aprovações, custos e informações financeiras relacionadas aos projetos;• Acompanhar processos de produção, implementação e execução de ações de Trade Marketing, ativações e materiais de PDV;• Organizar informações, documentos e históricos dos projetos, garantindo fácil acesso e atualização dos dados;• Identificar riscos, atrasos e pontos de atenção, antecipando problemas e apoiando na busca de soluções;• Manter relacionamento próximo com clientes e áreas internas, garantindo agilidade, organização e qualidade no atendimento.Requisitos e qualificaçõesRequisitos:Ensino superior completo ou cursando último ano em Publicidade e Propaganda, Marketing, Comunicação Social, Administração ou áreas correlatas.Serão considerados diferenciais cursos ou certificações em Excel/Google Sheets, Power BI, Gestão de Projetos, metodologias ágeis e ferramentas de organização e acompanhamento de projetos.Excel intermediário/avançado e boa familiaridade com o Pacote Microsoft 365, especialmente PowerPoint, Outlook e Teams. Experiência com Microsoft Planner e ferramentas correlatas de gestão de projetos. Conhecimento de cronogramas, controle de budget, follow-up e organização de entregas. Familiaridade com ferramentas de IA, como ChatGPT e Microsoft Copilot. Power BI será considerado diferencial.Informações adicionaisBenefícios:Academia TotalpassClube de descontos New ValueDay-off no mês do aniversárioDesconto em ingressos para eventos, incluindo acompanhantesFérias remuneradasUMApet (ambiente Pet Friendly)Manicure com valores especiais na UMAcasaInformações adicionais:Vaga presencial de segunda a quinta, com home office às sextas-feiras (Jd.
