Com solicitações diversas como: consultas de jogos online, solicitação de serviços, suporte para solução de problemas técnicos, gerenciamento de reclamações, consultas comerciais (manipulação de bônus / incentivos de jogo, ganhos, contas, depósitos, pagamentos, probabilidades, sorteios), etc.Vaga presencial.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesO Especialista precisará identificar as necessidades dos clientes e trazer uma solução prática e objetiva, conforme procedimento do produto e/ou serviço;Precisará adotar uma postura consultiva e investigativa no atendimento, buscando o entendimento completo do histórico e contexto do caso;Em cada atendimento prestado, poderá tratar diferentes tipos de situações indicadas pelo cliente;Utilizará sistemas para realização de registros e aplicações do atendimento;Realizar resolutividade e monitoramento das demandas dos consumidores;Atendimento via LIVE CHAT;Realizar atendimento através de uma comunicação clara em todos os pontos de contato com os clientes da empresa.Requisitos e qualificações Ser funcionário Atento há no mínimo 04 meses;A nota final do último ciclo de Avaliação de Desempenho Operacional deve ser igual ou maior que 100 (Good Performer)Funcionário que tenha algum tipo de movimentação consultar tabela de movimentação da Normativa – NI-002;
