Atuando com edições de áudio, vídeo, diagramações e outros aspectos visuais e educacionais.Se você se identificou e procura por crescimento, venha fazer parte do nosso time de treinamento!Atuação Presencial 😉Venha fazer parte do nosso time 😍Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesAplicação de treinamento - Formação Inicial, Formação Continuada;Realizar corretamente a solicitação de acesso e efetuar os testes - conforme atuação de cada site. Acionar as áreas em caso de falha ou reset;Orientar os colaboradores a efetuar o BVOnline no período de treinamento - em caso de erro, falha ou reset acionar as áreas responsáveis;Lançamento de presença/ausência em sistema;Preenchimento do Diário de bordo/Lista eletrônica;Envio de report para as operações e demais áreas com a atualização das informações de sala presença/ausência/notas etc;Realizar acompanhamento pós entrega do operador, de acordo com cada cliente;Realizar escuta/imersão na operação para entendimento de processo/levantamento de oportunidades;Aplicação de feedback e acompanhamento de desempenho em sala;Acompanhar desligue em treinando em sala em situação de TO e baixa performance em treinamento;Elaborar e entregar certificado de entrega aos treinandos;Abertura de chamados (infra, etc) garantir que sala esteja funcionado para os treinandos;Atualização de material e plano de aula para pequenas correções (processos/ procedimentos);Acompanhamento dos resultados da entrega 30/60/90 dias através das ferramentas disponibilizadas;Elaborar plano de ação/estratégias de melhorias para as turmas entregues, a serem executados nos 30/60/90 dias pós entrega;Participar de reuniões com operações e demais áreas sempre que convocado;Participar de áudios, treinamentos e calibrações para capacitação e desenvolvimento;Elaborar e participar dos encontros para Apresentações de Resultados;Garantir seu desenvolvimento contínuo, através de realização de cursos, imersões nas operações, estudo nas ferramentas;Suporte as atividades administrativas na equipe de Staff.Requisitos e qualificaçõesEnsino Superior Cursando ou Completo;Ser funcionário Atento e estar no cargo atual por pelo menos 9 meses - tempo de cargo: conforme normativa NI-002;Domínio no Pacote Office (Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel);Desejável conhecimento do indicador NPS;Cargos elegiveis colaboradores que atuam com produto Itaú, ou Instrutores de treinamento Jr;Flexibilidade de horário para atuar;Flexibilidade de horário devido as necessidades de alteração de escala para atender demandas 6x1 e 5x2 – Manhã e Tarde, necessidades de alteração serão alinhadas com antecedência;Boa comunicação Verbal e Escrita;Bom nível de conhecimento de ferramentas de desenvolvimento de conteúdo como PowerPoint e CANVA entre outras para criação de ações.Edições de vídeos e áudio (diferencial)Conhecimentos de Andragogia (diferencial)Informações adicionaisINSCRIÇÕES ATÉ :16/10/2026SalárioSerá informado durante o processoHorário de TrabalhoDas 09:00/18:00 Jornada de Trabalho5X2 das 09:00 às 18:00 , folga Sábados e Domingos, exceto em Formação Inicial/demandas a escala será alterada de forma préviaLocal de Trabalho: Site São Bento ( 100% Presencial ) Analista: Midia Amanda
