e quer contribuir com esta transformação, esta oportunidade é para você!Na Gerência Atuarial, você fará parte do time responsável pelo acompanhamento e análise das provisões técnicas da companhia, participando dos processos de fechamento mensal e contribuindo para a qualidade das informações e análises que apoiam a gestão do negócio.É uma oportunidade para desenvolver conhecimentos técnicos em provisões, TAP, ALM e temas regulatórios, em um ambiente que valoriza análise crítica, aprendizado e melhoria contínua.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesApoiar o cálculo, o acompanhamento e validação das provisões técnicas, contribuindo para os processos de fechamento mensal. Analisar a movimentação e evolução das provisões. Contribuir para a validação e críticas das bases de dados utilizadas nos cálculos atuariais, contribuindo para a qualidade e consistência das informações. Apoiar a elaboração do Teste de Adequação do Passivo (TAP) e estudos de Asset Liability Management (ALM). Auxiliar na elaboração de estudos e análises atuariais que apoiem as áreas na tomada de decisão.

Contribuir para a melhoria dos processo, controles e rotinas atuariais, propondo soluções e contribuindo para sua implementação, através do aprimoramento e da automatização dos processos internos.

Requisitos e qualificaçõesRequisitos obrigatórios Graduação em Ciências Atuariais. Domínio de Excel e interesse em desenvolver habilidades de análise e manipulação de dados. Disponibilidade para trabalhar em modelo híbrido (2x escritório) no escritório de Alphaville/Barueri.

Requisitos desejáveis (não obrigatórios): Inglês básico. Conhecimento nas normas da SUSEP, entregas regulatórias e conceitos relacionados a provisões técnicas. Conhecimento em lógica de programação.
