Estamos em busca de um(a) profissional sênior em auditoria para fortalecimento do time da Central Sicredi Centro Norte por meio de uma abordagem orientada a riscos e dados, ampliando a cobertura dos processos, a qualidade das evidências e a capacidade de identificação de desvios, fragilidades e oportunidades de melhoria. Responsável por conduzir avaliações de auditoria, de forma independente e objetiva, sobre a eficácia dos processos de governança, gestão de riscos e controles internos.#LI-ONSITE

Responsabilidades e atribuições Entender a estrutura, origem, qualidade e relacionamento entre dados necessários aos trabalhos de auditoria.Tratar, cruzar e analisar grandes volumes de dados para delimitar universos auditáveis, selecionar amostras e identificar exceções, padrões ou indícios de desvios.Realizar auditorias internas em diferentes áreas e processos, avaliando a eficácia dos controles internos, a conformidade com políticas e procedimentos e identificando riscos potenciais.Planejar e executar testes de auditoria, incluindo revisão de documentos, análise de dados e aplicação de amostragem estatística, garantindo evidências suficientes e apropriadas para embasar as conclusões.Avaliar a efetividade dos controles internos, identificando deficiências e oportunidades de melhoria, e propor recomendações para otimizar processos e mitigar riscos.Elaborar relatórios de auditoria claros e objetivos, destacando conclusões, recomendações e planos de ação corretiva.Acompanhar a implementação das recomendações, monitorando o progresso das ações corretivas e verificando sua efetividade.Manter-se atualizado(a) sobre melhores práticas, regulamentações e normas aplicáveis à auditoria interna, aplicando esse conhecimento nas atividades.Fornecer suporte e orientação à equipe de auditoria, compartilhando conhecimentos e experiências para contribuir com o desenvolvimento profissional.Manter a confidencialidade das informações obtidas durante as auditorias, preservando a segurança e integridade dos dados.Apoiar na definição de direcionadores e prioridades estratégicas da auditoria interna, atuando como facilitador na identificação de riscos que possam impactar os objetivos organizacionais.Contribuir para o desenvolvimento sustentável do Sicredi, com atuação preventiva e educativa.Promover a cultura de gestão de riscos e conformidade, fortalecendo práticas de governança.

Requisitos e qualificações REQUISITOS E QUALIFICAÇÕES:Curso superior completo nos cursos de Administração, Economia, Ciências Contábeis ou afins.Capacidade de atuar de forma independente, gerenciar prazos e prioridades, e lidar com múltiplas tarefas simultaneamente.Habilidade analítica para identificar riscos, problemas e oportunidades de melhoria.Experiência em Auditoria Interna e/ou externa, Controles Internos, Inspetoria Interna ou em Gestão de Riscos com conhecimento técnico em normas, procedimentos, referenciação de auditoria.Capacidade de interpretar regras de negócio e traduzi-las em critérios de extração, cruzamentos e testes auditáveis. SERÁ UM DIFERENCIAL:Certificação CIA;Especialização/MBA concluído e/ou em andamento;Conhecimento de linguagens de programação: SQL, Phyton e SAS;Conhecimento em Power BI;Conhecimento técnico em normas e procedimentos relacionados as Instituições Financeiras reguladas pelo Banco Central do Brasil.
