Realizar trabalhos de Auditoria Interna da Companhia, cujas tarefas são demandadas e orientadas pelo gestor da área. Prestar suporte à Analista de Compliance em demandas da área.

Responsabilidades e atribuições

Realização de auditorias internas e mapeamento de processos, com foco na identificação e mitigação dos riscos, melhorando os controles internos, gerando maior segurança e integridade aos processos, e criando oportunidades de recuperação de receitas e redução de custos; Acompanhar a execução dos Planos de Ação elaborados em decorrência dos apontamentos da Auditoria Interna; Elaboração de relatórios de melhoria, políticas, normas, procedimentos e fluxos operacionais; Verificar a aderência dos processos á legislação, políticas e procedimentos; Manter a documentação da área adequada e atualizada; Alimentar indicadores da área; Atuar como suporte ao responsável pela área; Atuar como suporte na área de Compliance; Auxílio na implementação e gestão das atividades Compliance: Manual de Conduta Ética, Canal de Denúncia, Treinamentos, Palestras, Investigações e Sindicâncias; Realizar treinamentos de Compliance; Realizar análise de conformidade de terceiros.Requisitos e qualificaçõesGrau de instrução mínimo: Superior completo em Administração, Comércio Exterior, Direito, Contabilidade ou áreas correlatas.Grau de instrução desejável: Pós graduação na áreaCompetências Técnicas: Conhecimento SAP e Pacote Office IntermediárioCompetências Desejáveis: Inglês BásicoCompetências Comportamentais: Visão sistêmica, Diplomacia, Foco, Imparciabilidade, Postura, Comunicação, Comprometimento, Visão Estratégica, Trabalho em Equipe, Resiliência, Organização e ÉticaResidir nas proximidades do ABCDMR
