A Auditoria Interna da GOL está em um momento de evolução e fortalecimento do seu papel estratégico, atuando como parceira do negócio na identificação de riscos, avaliação da efetividade dos controles internos e promoção da melhoria contínua da governança.Estamos em busca de um(a) Auditor(a) Interno(a) III para atuar em auditorias corporativas de alta complexidade, conduzindo trabalhos de ponta a ponta e apoiando a transformação da função de Auditoria por meio de inovação, análise de dados e visão orientada a riscos.Se você gosta de compreender como os negócios funcionam, desafiar o status quo, propor melhorias e trabalhar próximo às diferentes áreas da companhia, essa oportunidade pode ser o seu próximo destino.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesOs desafios que aguardam por você no próximo destino são:Planejar e executar auditorias internas de média e alta complexidade, contemplando processos financeiros, operacionais, comerciais, tecnológicos e corporativos;Elaborar programas de auditoria baseados em riscos, identificando oportunidades para fortalecimento dos controles internos e da governança;Conduzir entrevistas, walkthroughs, testes de controles e procedimentos substantivos, documentando adequadamente as evidências obtidas;Avaliar riscos, identificar causas-raiz e desenvolver recomendações práticas que agreguem valor ao negócio;Elaborar relatórios executivos com comunicação clara, objetiva e direcionada aos diferentes níveis da organização;Apresentar resultados e recomendações para gestores e executivos, conduzindo discussões técnicas e apoiando a construção de planos de ação;Acompanhar a implementação das ações corretivas, avaliando sua efetividade e mitigação dos riscos identificados;Atuar como referência técnica para auditores menos experientes, contribuindo para o desenvolvimento da equipe e disseminação de boas práticas;Apoiar a elaboração do Plano Anual de Auditoria baseado em riscos e outras iniciativas estratégicas da área;Utilizar ferramentas de análise de dados, automação e inteligência artificial para ampliar a eficiência e o alcance dos trabalhos de auditoria;Contribuir para o aprimoramento contínuo da metodologia, processos e indicadores da Auditoria Interna. Requisitos e qualificaçõesNão pode faltar em sua bagagem:Ensino Superior completo em Administração, Ciências Contábeis, Economia, Engenharia, Tecnologia da Informação ou áreas correlatas (diploma ou colação de grau);Experiência sólida em Auditoria Interna, Auditoria Externa, Controles Internos ou Gestão de Riscos;Vivência na condução de auditorias de ponta a ponta, desde o planejamento até o acompanhamento dos planos de ação;Conhecimento em gerenciamento de riscos, controles internos e governança corporativa;Capacidade analítica para avaliação de processos e identificação de oportunidades de melhoria;Excelente comunicação escrita e verbal, com habilidade para elaborar relatórios executivos e interagir com diferentes níveis hierárquicos;Pacote Office avançado, especialmente Excel e PowerPoint;Inglês avançado para leitura, escrita e conversação;Disponibilidade para viagens.
