Sabemos que juntos, todos vamos mais longe.É assim que conectamos a Localiza&Co com o futuro.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesO QUE VOCÊ IRÁ FAZER COMO AUDITOR SÊNIOR• Atuar na execução de auditorias internas de processos em diferentes áreas da companhia, avaliando a aderência a procedimentos internos, controles, políticas corporativas e boas práticas.• Participar do planejamento, execução e documentação dos trabalhos de auditoria, contribuindo para a construção de testes, análises e validação de evidências.• Identificar riscos, oportunidades de melhoria e pontos de fortalecimento dos controles internos dos processos auditados.• Elaborar análises e apoiar a construção de relatórios de auditoria com conclusões e recomendações.• Interagir com diferentes áreas da organização para entendimento dos processos, levantamento de informações e condução dos trabalhos de auditoria.• Participar da apresentação dos resultados das auditorias para stakeholders internos.• Atuar em parceria com especialistas da área, assumindo gradualmente maior autonomia na condução de auditorias e projetos.• Apoiar iniciativas relacionadas ao uso de dados e ferramentas analíticas aplicadas à auditoria.• Contribuir para a evolução contínua das práticas e metodologias da área de Auditoria Interna.

Requisitos e qualificaçõesO QUE PRECISAMOS• Experiência em Auditoria Externa, Auditoria Interna ou Consultoria. • Experiência compatível com atuação em posição sênior e condução de trabalhos com autonomia. • Vivência em avaliação de processos, riscos e controles internos. • Experiência na elaboração de análises, documentações técnicas e relatórios. • Forte capacidade analítica e visão crítica para identificação de riscos e oportunidades de melhoria. • Boa comunicação escrita e verbal para interação com diferentes áreas e níveis da organização. • Perfil colaborativo, com facilidade para trabalhar em equipe e construir relacionamentos. • Interesse e disposição para desenvolvimento em analytics aplicado à auditoria e melhoria de processos.DIFERENCIAIS • Conhecimento avançado em ferramentas de analytics, tais como: ACL, SQL, PYTHON
