Buscamos um(a) Auditor(a) Sênior para atuar no Canal de Denúncias e Investigações Corporativas, conduzindo apurações de alta complexidade relacionadas a fraudes, desvios de conduta e violações ao Código de Ética, incluindo casos de assédio moral, assédio sexual, discriminação, conflitos de interesse e outros comportamentos inadequados.Este profissional será responsável por conduzir investigações de ponta a ponta, realizando entrevistas investigativas, análise crítica de evidências e elaboração de relatórios técnicos, assegurando imparcialidade, confidencialidade e conformidade com as melhores práticas de investigação corporativa.Além das atividades investigativas, atuará na avaliação de processos da Companhia, identificando vulnerabilidades e riscos de fraude, bem como, propondo recomendações para fortalecimento do ambiente de controle e mitigação de riscos.Procuramos um profissional com elevada capacidade analítica, pensamento crítico, maturidade para conduzir temas sensíveis, excelente comunicação interpessoal, postura ética e absoluto compromisso com a confidencialidade.
