Buscamos um(a) Auxiliar Administrativo para atuar na área de Recursos Humanos, dando suporte às rotinas administrativas do departamento e contribuindo para a organização dos processos relacionados aos colaboradores das nossas lojas e do escritório.

Se você é uma pessoa organizada, atenta aos detalhes, esta pode ser a oportunidade perfeita para você. Responsabilidades e atribuições Apoiar nas rotinas administrativas do departamento de Recursos Humanos;

Organizar e atualizar documentos e arquivos de colaboradores;

Auxiliar no controle e lançamento de informações em sistemas e planilhas;

Dar suporte aos processos de admissão, desligamento e movimentações de colaboradores;Auxiliar no controle de documentos, benefícios, férias, ponto e demais rotinas de RH;Apoiar na organização de eventos internos e externos da empresa. Prestar suporte às demais demandas administrativas do setor.

Requisitos e qualificaçõesEnsino Superior em Administração ou áreas correlacionadas;Experiência prévia em funções administrativas ou de escritório; Excelente habilidade de organização e gerenciamento do tempo;Conhecimento básico em pacote Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) e habilidade em aprender novas ferramentas de software;Boa habilidade de comunicação verbal e escrita;Capacidade de trabalhar em equipe e realizar tarefas sob supervisão mínima.Informações adicionaisRemuneração competitiva com base na experiência;Benefícios adicionais como ajuda de custo;Possibilidade de crescimento na empresa e de ampliar suas habilidades administrativas;Ambiente de trabalho dinâmico e colaborativo;Oportunidade de trabalhar em uma empresa em crescimento, com possibilidade de aprendizado e desenvolvimento profissional.
