Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesO Auxiliar Administrativo - CCA é responsável por oferecer suporte nas atividades administrativas do Centro de Controle de Arrecadação (CCA) da concessionária de rodovias, garantindo o bom funcionamento dos processos internos relacionados à gestão da arrecadação e controle de receitas. Esse profissional auxilia na organização, conferência, e gestão de documentos e relatórios financeiros, bem como no atendimento e suporte a outras áreas operacionais.Apoiar no controle e monitoramento das operações de arrecadação, garantindo que todas as transações realizadas nos pedágios sejam registradas corretamente;Realizar o lançamento e conferência de dados financeiros, garantindo que os valores arrecadados sejam lançados de forma precisa e dentro dos prazos estabelecidos;Auxiliar no controle e organização de documentos relacionados à arrecadação, como relatórios de pedágio, notas fiscais, comprovantes e recibos;Acompanhar e controlar o fluxo de caixa do CCA, registrando entradas e saídas de valores de acordo com as normas estabelecidas;Auxiliar na elaboração de relatórios periódicos sobre a arrecadação e controle financeiro, bem como no fechamento mensal de contas;Prestar suporte na auditoria interna de processos de arrecadação e na verificação da conformidade das operações com os procedimentos da concessionária;Auxiliar na gestão de sistemas de controle e arrecadação, inserindo dados e atualizando informações conforme necessário;Atender a solicitações internas e externas, fornecendo informações sobre a arrecadação, procedimentos financeiros e operações do CCA;Apoiar no controle de materiais e equipamentos utilizados no processo de arrecadação, garantindo o bom funcionamento das estações de pedágio;Organizar e arquivar documentos fiscais, relatórios financeiros e outros materiais relacionados ao setor de arrecadação;Monitorar a regularidade das operações e reportar qualquer irregularidade ou discrepância nas informações financeiras;Ajudar na comunicação com outras áreas da empresa, como financeiro, contábil e operacional, para garantir o bom andamento dos processos de arrecadação.

Requisitos e qualificaçõesEnsino Médio Completo;Conhecimento em Pacote Office e Informática;Familiaridade com rotinas fiscais e de auditoria interna;Desejável conhecimento em rotinas administrativas, sistemas de arrecadação de pedágio e operações em centros de controle.
