Esses profissionais serão responsáveis pela condução de negociações estratégicas com clientes inadimplentes, visando a regularização de débitos e a recuperação de créditos de forma eficaz.Se você possui boa argumentação, gosta de desafios, domina técnicas de negociação ou vendas e tem experiência com cobrança, esta pode ser uma excelente oportunidade para fazer parte de uma equipe de alto desempenho.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesRealizar negociações com clientes inadimplentes, buscando soluções eficazes e viáveis para a regularização de débitos;Registrar informações no sistema de forma clara e objetiva, garantindo a rastreabilidade das tratativas realizadas;Apoiar o time jurídico na organização e no encaminhamento de demandas judiciais relacionadas à inadimplência, quando necessário.Requisitos e qualificaçõesEnsino médio completo;Experiência comprovada com recuperação de crédito, cobrança ou negociação de dívidas (será considerado um diferencial);Boa argumentação, fluência verbal e escuta ativa;Agilidade e organização;Domínio de técnicas de negociação e habilidade para lidar com objeções;Conhecimento em produtos financeiros e noções de processos jurídicos será considerado um diferencial;Perfil proativo, resiliente e orientado a resultados.Informações adicionaisVR/ VA Alelo - R$ 36,30/dia;Convênio Médico;Plano Odontológico;Refeitório interno;Day off (aniversario);Sala de descompressão;Gympass;Auxilio Care;Premiação conforme atingimento de resultados.
