Nosso propósito é promover qualidade de vida por meio de um atendimento humanizado e ético, com foco na experiência do cliente.Venha construir essa missão conosco e fazer parte de um time que cuida de pessoas.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesRecepcionar e atender beneficiários com cordialidade, promovendo vínculo com o CPS;Executar marcação, desmarcação e confirmação de consultas para otimizar o atendimento;Gestão operacional de agendas na unidade (abertura de agendas, controle de bloqueios, ocupação);Acompanhamento dos indicadores administrativos com foco nos resultados internos da unidade;Orientar beneficiários sobre o plano de saúde e procedimentos que requerem avaliação prévia;Emitir guias de autorização para procedimentos específicos;Apoiar no faturamento dos atendimentos conforme padrões da Abertta Saúde;Controlar e registrar indicadores do CPS, assegurando o cumprimento das metas;Organizar documentos, correspondências e malotes, auxiliando na rotina administrativa;Apoiar na realização de eventos de promoção da saúde e qualidade de vida;Interagir com outras áreas da empresa para resolução de demandas dos beneficiários;Participar de treinamentos e reuniões relacionadas às atividades da área.Requisitos e qualificações Ensino médio completo;Experiência em recepção, rotinas administrativas e atendimento ao cliente, com atuação em clínicas e hospitais;Vivência com processos de faturamento, autorizações e suporte administrativo na área da saúde será um diferencial;Conhecimento em Pacote Office (Excel, Word e PowerPoint);Habilidades em comunicação clara e objetiva, organização, proatividade, empatia e relacionamento interpessoal.Informações adicionaisPor que fazer parte do nosso time?Somos uma empresa empenhada em fazer nossa cultura e valores acontecerem na prática.
