Estamos contratando Auxiliar Administrativo de Obra com perfil ágil, comprometimento e que tenha força de vontade de aprender e se desenvolver:Nossos Auxiliares Administrativo de Obra atuam diariamente no escritório de engenharia da obra e são responsáveis por dar suporte ao Encarregado Administrativo e ao Engenheiro nas atividades administrativas da obra. Responsabilidades e atribuições• Auxiliar no controle de equipamentos e materiais das obras, por meios de apontamentos em relatórios, a fim de subsidiar a administração da obra nos custos e desenvolvimento das atividades do empreendimento.• Proceder ao cadastro de colaboradores da obra em sistema informatizado de folha, organizando os documentos e enviando-os ao RH;• Realizar os apontamentos de ponto dos funcionários da obra;• Auxiliar nas rotinas administrativas de obras, tais como controle de documentos, cadastro de dados em sistema integrado, solicitação de materiais e equipamentos conforme instrução do engenheiro ou encarregado administrativo;• Efetuar cadastro de fornecedores, materiais e prestação de serviços homologados;• Elaborar relatórios, levantando as informações de indicadores com as demais áreas quando possível e necessário;• Atuar em conformidade às normas e procedimentos da Tecnisa, zelando pelas políticas de qualidade, ambiente e segurança.Requisitos e qualificações• Ensino Médio Completo;• Conhecimento Intermediário em Pacote Office ( Word, Excel, Power Point);• Vivência na função em administrativo em canteiro de obra é um diferencial.• Boa postura e comunicação verbal/escrita;• Saber trabalhar em equipe, ter disciplina e comprometimento.Informações adicionais• Salário compatível com o mercado;• Vale Refeição;• Vale Transporte;• Convênio Amil Saúde;• Convênio Amil Odonto;• Gympass;• Seguro de Vida;
