Executar as rotinas administrativas, abrangendo as atividades de recepção/atendimento; realização de abertura de atendimento, direcionamento do paciente ao seu destino (Sala de espera ou consultório) monitoramento das agendas diárias (confirmação de atendimentos), conferência de protocolos dos documentos referentes aos atendimentos dos pacientes.Horário: Segunda à quinta de 08:00 às 18:00 e sexta de 08:00 às 17:00 Salário: R$ 2.128,09Benefícios:

Cartão presente natal. Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesEmitir, separar e encaminhar agendas de atendimentos a pacientes;Executar a confirmação dos atendimentos das agendas da Secretária de Saúde, através da plataforma SIGRAH;Recepcionar e prestar informações aos pacientes/ acompanhantes;Agendar e emitir fichas de atendimentos de consultas, exames, conforme demanda;Executar agendamentos (encaixes) em planilha especifica no Sistema Google Drive; conforme orientação do superior imediato;Cadastrar pacientes e abrir prontuários, verificando as documentações e solicitações médicas, preparando fichas de atendimento e encaminhamento junto ao departamento agendado;Manter registros em ficha de atendimento do paciente após atendimento médico;Conferir fichas de atendimentos e enviar devidamente protocoladas para os setores de Faturamento Oftalmológico e SAP (Serviço de Arquivo e Protocolo);Manter a organização do Setor;Repor materiais de escritórios utilizados nos consultórios e recepção;Executar outras tarefas correlatas, do mesmo grau de dificuldade, mediante solicitação do superior imediato.Requisitos e qualificaçõesEnsino médio completo
