Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesOrganizar, conferir e arquivar documentos.Digitalizar e atualizar arquivos e informações.Lançar despesas e receitas nos sistemas da empresa.Preencher e atualizar planilhas de controle.Cadastrar informações e documentos no sistema.Apoiar os controles internos e acompanhar pendências.

Requisitos e qualificaçõesObrigatóriosEnsino médio completo.Experiência de 6 meses a 1 ano em rotinas administrativas.Vivência com organização e conferência de documentos.Experiência profissional anterior em atividades administrativas.Diferenciais ⭐Estar cursando Administração, Ciências Contábeis, Gestão Financeira, Processos Gerenciais ou áreas correlatas.Experiência com lançamento de informações em sistemas ou rotinas de escritório.Conhecimento básico de informática e planilhas.
