Se você gosta de lidar com pessoas, busca agilidade na resolução de solicitações e possui perfil analítico para processos operacionais, esta oportunidade é para você!Nesta posição, você será o ponto de contato fundamental entre os clientes e nossos fluxos operacionais, garantindo uma experiência acolhedora, transparente e eficiente do início ao fim do processo de autorização.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesAtendimento presencial: Receber e orientar os clientes que buscam a realização de autorização presencial, garantindo excelência e fluidez.Suporte e orientação: Esclarecer dúvidas sobre procedimentos operacionais e a documentação necessária para a validação do pedido.Análise documental: Conferir, analisar e verificar criteriosamente toda a documentação apresentada pelos clientes para evitar incorreções.Inclusão em sistema: Registrar e realizar o acompanhamento de solicitações e pedidos de autorização nos sistemas internos da empresa.Comunicação interna: Manter contato direto e eficaz com equipes multidisciplinares para assegurar agilidade na liberação dos processos.Status de solicitações: Informar aos clientes a evolução e o resultado final de suas demandas de forma clara e objetiva.Rotinas administrativas: Auxiliar no suporte operacional e no fluxo das atividades administrativas gerais do setor.Requisitos e qualificaçõesObrigatório:Ensino Médio completo.Experiência prévia em atendimento ao cliente (presencial ou receptivo).Domínio em pacote Office e facilidade no manuseio de sistemas corporativos.Boa comunicação verbal e escrita, além de forte capacidade analítica para conferência de documentos.Desejável:Ensino superior cursando em Administração, Gestão Comercial ou áreas correlatas.Conhecimento em rotinas de autorização de procedimentos ou rotinas de credenciamento.Experiência anterior em atendimento presencial ao público com foco em suporte operacional.Informações adicionaisEscala e Jornada: Escala 5x2 (220h mensais) — Segunda a Quinta-feira, das 08h às 12h e das 13h às 18h; Sexta-feira, das 08h às 12h e das 13h às 17h.Endereço: R.
