Então, essa vaga é para você!A nossa Central de Guias é responsável pelo coração do fluxo assistencial e do faturamento preventivo. Como Assistente de Autorizações, você será o elo entre a recepção, o corpo clínico, os agendamentos e as operadoras de saúde, garantindo a conformidade das guias de exames, a redução de glosas e a agilidade no atendimento. Buscamos alguém proativo, com foco na eficiência de prazos e excelente relacionamento interpessoal.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesGestão de Guias e Solicitações: Receber, conferir e organizar as solicitações médicas de exames, auditando se as guias estão devidamente preenchidas, assinadas, carimbadas e totalmente legíveis;Processo de Autorização: Solicitar autorizações junto às operadoras de saúde e acompanhar de perto o status dos processos pendentes, garantindo o cumprimento de prazos para evitar cancelamentos ou atrasos nos exames;Interface e Resolução de Problemas: Resolver pendências burocráticas junto ao corpo clínico, recepção ou operadoras de saúde;Comunicação com o Paciente: Orientar os pacientes quanto à documentação necessária para a liberação de exames e comunicar de forma assertiva eventuais negativas de autorização, alinhando os próximos passos com a equipe responsável;Controle Administrativo: Atualizar planilhas e relatórios de controle interno da área, além de realizar o arquivamento de guias físicas e a organização de documentos digitalizados.Requisitos e qualificaçõesObrigatório:Ensino Médio completo;Experiência prévia em rotinas administrativas e organização de documentos;Vivência com atendimento ao público;Conhecimento do Pacote Office (principalmente Excel e Word).Desejável (Diferenciais):Experiência prévia na área de saúde (hospital, clínica ou laboratório);Vivência na utilização de sistemas de gestão hospitalar;Conhecimento em técnicas de arquivamento físico e digital.Perfil Comportamental (Soft Skills):Extrema organização e atenção aos mínimos detalhes;Proatividade, iniciativa e senso de urgência com prazos;Comunicação verbal e escrita clara, cordial e assertiva;Ética, confidencialidade e ótimo trabalho em equipe.Informações adicionaisCarga horária: De Segunda a Quinta-feira, das 08h às 18h - Sexta 08:00 às 17:00; Unidade: Rua Silva Teles, 68, Andaraí - Rio de Janeiro/RJO que oferecemos?Vale Alimentação;Vale Transporte;Assistência Médica;Assistência Odontológica;Convênio com Farmácia;Seguro de Vida;Auxílio Creche;Totalpass;Universidade Corporativa;Clube de Vantagens Hapvida (programa de descontos);
