Buscamos um profissional para somar o time da Manutenção Industrial, no apoio as atividades administrativas da área.Se identificou?Candidate-se e venha fazer parte.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesEncaminhar solicitação de compra de materiais da área de manutenção para a área de compras, de acordo com a necessidade do setor repassado pela equipe da área e validado pelo líder, destacando prioridades de compras de acordo com ações ocorridas e acompanhando a entrega dos pedidos realizados,  garantindo a disponibilidade de recursos para a equipe de manutenção.

Preencher requisições internas de itens, para realização de manutenção, anotando quantidade e tipo de itens necessários, solicitando a aprovação da gestão, para posterior realização dos serviços de manutenção internas.Realizar controle das solicitações da produção de serviço de manutenção corretiva, verificando se todas as informações necessárias estão preenchidas.Auxiliar no controle dos gastos da área, registrando as despesas em planilha em Excel com relação à compra de peças, repassando ao gestor da área. Realizar atividades administrativas da área, conforme solicitação do gestor imediato, para garantir o fluxo adequado da área.Auxiliar no controle do cronograma de manutenção preventiva das máquinas das áreas de produção, informadas pelo setor de manutenção, realizando a impressão do cronograma desejado, apontando e atualizando em planilha de Excel as devidas informações como o cronograma de execução, realização e as pendências.Encaminhar à gestão, as devidas informações da área, como relatório de manutenção preventiva e corretiva, compras de materiais da área, entre outros, para garantir a atualização de dados.

 Preparar relatórios detalhados sobre as atividades de manutenção e manter documentação organizada.

Requisitos e qualificaçõesEnsino Médio Completo, (desejável curso técnico em Administração ou áreas correlatas).Conhecimento em Pacote Office (principalmente em Excel).Diferencial: conhecimento no sistema Datasul (Totvs) e SCP.Experiencia prévia em áreas administrativas, preferencialmente na área da manutenção.Habilidade de comunicação e organização.Proatividade e capacidade de trabalhar em equipe.Informações adicionaisHorário de trabalho: De 2° A 6° das 07:00 às 16:48.Modalidade de trabalho: presencial.Local de trabalho: Valid Sorocaba: Rua Laura Maiello Kook, 511, Ipanema das Pedras, Sorocaba/SP.Atenção: O processo seletivo terá testes online e entrevista, certifique-se da conclusão do seu cadastro na vaga para acessar e realizar todas as etapas do processo na plataforma da Gupy.
