A organização conta com um perfil de serviços único no país, distribuídos em 21 núcleos que prestam assistência à população de baixa renda nas áreas de Saúde, Assistência Social, Pesquisa Científica, Ensino em Saúde, Educação e na preservação e difusão da história de sua fundadora.Responsabilidades e atribuições1. Executar rotinas administrativas de apoio às áreas assistenciais, técnicas e de apoio.2. Realizar atividades de recepção, atendimento telefônico e orientação a colaboradores, pacientes e visitantes,3. Realizar a organização de documentos, planilhas, prontuários, relatórios, e dos registros físico e digitais do setor.4. Apoiar o processos no controle de materiais, requisições, compras, chamados, acompanhando as solicitações.5. Contribuir para o bom funcionamento dos processos internos, normas internas, prazos, políticas de qualidade e de confidencialidade, protocolos hospitalares e institucionais, biossegurança, ética e sigilo das informações.6. Apoiar seu lider imediato nas demandas táticas e operacionais do setor, apoiar na logística de reuniões, treinamentos e eventos internos.7. Acompanhar as atividades desenvolvidas pela Jovem Aprendiz a fim de contribuir com o aprendizado da Jovem no período contratual.8 . Apoiar no controle das listas de frequências dos jovens no setores e em sala de aula;9. Apoiar na preparação de documentos, agendamento de exames admissionais e demissionais, homologações e atualização da CTPS;10. Realizar esclarecimento de dúvidas e orientação sobre procedimentos e direitos;11. Auxiliar na operacionalização das atividades do programa Jovem Aprendiz;12.
