Realizar o acompanhamento e atualização de informações relacionadas à gestão de leitos, internações, altas hospitalares, transferências internas e externas, garantindo a correta alimentação dos sistemas utilizados pela unidade.

Apoiar os processos de regulação externa de pacientes, mantendo contato com centrais de regulação, unidades de saúde da rede e demais serviços envolvidos no cuidado e fluxo assistencial.

Organizar, controlar e manter atualizada a documentação, planilhas, relatórios e registros administrativos do setor.

Realizar contatos telefônicos e eletrônicos com equipes assistenciais, unidades solicitantes, órgãos reguladores e demais setores, visando à obtenção e ao compartilhamento de informações necessárias aos processos regulatórios.

Prestar atendimento e suporte às equipes internas quanto às demandas relacionadas à regulação de pacientes e movimentação hospitalar.

Elaborar, atualizar e monitorar planilhas, indicadores e controles operacionais relacionados à ocupação de leitos e fluxos regulatórios.

Efetuar registros em sistemas corporativos e plataformas de regulação, assegurando a qualidade, integridade e confidencialidade das informações.

Controlar documentos, protocolos e demandas administrativas inerentes às atividades do NIR.

Auxiliar na elaboração de relatórios gerenciais e no acompanhamento de indicadores de desempenho relacionados à gestão de leitos, permanência hospitalar e processos de regulação.
