Este Auxiliar Administrativo será responsável por prestar suporte administrativo e operacional às atividades da área de Marketing, contribuindo para a organização e execução das ações de comunicação, eventos e relacionamento com lojistas e clientes. Realizar controles administrativos e financeiros, acompanhamento de contratos, orçamentos, pagamentos e projetos, além de apoiar a atualização dos canais de comunicação do empreendimento, atendimento aos lojistas e clientes e manutenção da organização das áreas e espaços sob responsabilidade do Marketing.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesApoiar as rotinas administrativas e operacionais da área de Marketing.Elaborar e atualizar relatórios, controles, orçamentos, cotações, contratos e pagamentos.Apoiar a organização e execução de eventos, campanhas e projetos de Marketing.Realizar atendimento e suporte aos lojistas e clientes, incluindo canais digitais e redes sociais.Atualizar conteúdos da intranet, site, painéis digitais e demais canais de comunicação.Apoiar a criação e divulgação de comunicados, circulares e materiais de comunicação interna.Realizar acompanhamento e controle de mídias online e offline.Realizar rondas e vistorias nas áreas comuns do empreendimento, identificando necessidades e reportando ocorrências.Apoiar a organização do Espaço Kids, depósito, achados e perdidos e correspondências.Auxiliar nas prestações de contas e demais controles administrativos da área.Manter atualizados os cadastros e informações dos lojistas nos sistemas internos.Prestar suporte às demais atividades da área, contribuindo para a organização e execução das ações de Marketing.Requisitos e qualificaçõesEnsino Superior completo ou cursando em Marketing, Publicidade e Propaganda, Comunicação, Administração ou áreas correlatas.Familiaridade com Excel e Pacote Office;Habilidade em Atendimento ao Cliente;Informações adicionaisVale AlimentaçãoVale RefeiçãoAssistência MédicaAssistência odontológicaParticipação nos ResultadosPlataforma de treinamentosGympassZenklubDay OffSeguro de Vida
