Por isso, incentivamos o desenvolvimento, valorizamos o trabalho bem feito e tratamos a segurança como valor inegociável em todas as nossas atividades.Buscamos Auxiliar Administrativo  com perfil responsável, atento à segurança e comprometido, que atue com foco em qualidade, disciplina operacional e trabalho em equipe.Aqui, você fará parte de um time que valoriza o respeito, o cuidado com as pessoas e o orgulho de vestir a camisa da PLAMONT.Vaga  destinada a Pessoas com Deficiência (PcD).Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesRequisitar e utilizar os equipamentos de proteção individual;Controlar arquivos de documentos relacionado ao setor;Monitorar o uso do sistema Telemetria;Auditar e enviar os relatórios de Telemetria;Realizar treinamento junto aos empregados referente a todo processo e funcionamento da Telemetria;Solicitar e realizar o acompanhamento de novos equipamentos de Telemetria, Manutenção e Substituição;Alimentar sistema para análise de resultados;Emissão de documentos via sistema (Checklist, estatísticas etc.);Auxiliar no levantamento de dado dos processos jurídicos, tais como: trabalhista, civis e criminais, através de consultoria dos advogados externos;Fornecer dados para alimentação dos indicadores da qualidade;Organizar e enviar os documentos necessários para os prestadores de serviços;Dar suporte no atendimento aos Clientes e Fornecedores e no envio de documentos pertinentes ao setor;Prestar assistência na realização da entrega e na protocolização de documentos enviados a outros setores e departamentos sempre que solicitado;Auxiliar no arquivamento dos documentos de manuseio da área nas pastas pertinentes de guarda e responsabilidade do setor;Prestar assistência na confecção das pastas de arquivamento dos documentos em observância ao padrão determinado pela empresa;Auxiliar na manutenção e a organização do arquivo;Dar suporte quanto requisitado às rotinas operacionais e de conciliação pertinentes ao Setor;Cumprir procedimentos da Qualidade, Segurança, Saúde e Meio Ambiente, Administrativos da empresa e do cliente, observando as responsabilidades neles definidas, e controlar registros conforme estabelecido no Sistema de Gestão Integrada.Requisitos e qualificaçõesEnsino Médio Completo.Informações adicionaisSalário Compatível com Mercado;Ticket Café;Ticket Alimentação;Ticket Refeição;Seguro de Vida;Vale Transporte;Convênios com Faculdade e Parceiros, incentivando o desenvolvimento contínuo e o crescimento profissional;Participação nos Lucros: Conforme política interna e critérios definidos em acordo coletivo.
