Candidate-se hoje mesmo!Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesPrestar suporte aos Analistas de Contratos e Cadastros nas rotinas administrativas da área;Realizar lançamentos de instrumentos contratuais no sistema;Efetuar a postagem e o acompanhamento de documentos para assinatura;Realizar o cadastro de novos fornecedores e insumos nos sistemas;Apoiar na organização, conferência e atualização de documentos e informações;Contribuir com as demais atividades administrativas da área de Suprimentos.

Requisitos e qualificaçõesBoa comunicação verbal e escrita;Proatividade e iniciativa;Perfil dinâmico e capacidade para lidar com múltiplas tarefas e prioridades;Objetividade e foco na execução das atividades;Organização e atenção aos detalhes;Bom relacionamento interpessoal e facilidade para trabalhar em equipe;Facilidade para trabalhar com sistemas e ferramentas administrativas;Pacote Office em nível intermediário diferencial.
