Auxiliar em atividades administrativas relacionadas ao atendimento ao cliente, recepção e conferência de produtos devolvidos, emissão e verificação de notas fiscais, elaboração de relatórios, abertura de chamados e outras tarefas no setor de Suporte Técnico, garantindo um serviço eficiente e preciso.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesRecepcionar dos Correios ou Transportadoras mercadorias enviadas pelos clientes, conferir e checar o estado do produto, data da compra e definir se atende aos requisitos de cobertura da garantia;Realizar atendimentos a clientes via telefone ou e-mail, a fim de tratar de assuntos referente a garantia de produtos, compatíveis com RMA (Return Material Authorization);Cadastrar no sistema aprovação de RMA (Return Material Authorization);Conferir notas fiscais de remessa para conserto, dando entrada e saída no sistema;Gerar espelho de informações do produto para emissão de Nota Fiscal de devolução para geração de crédito para o cliente;Realizar o envio de produtos via Correios;Dar retorno aos clientes sobre o status do produto;Realizar abertura de RMA, em garantia, no sistema dos fornecedores que realizamos assistência técnica;Manter o ambiente de trabalho limpo e organizado;Zelar pelos equipamentos e ferramentas de trabalho sob sua responsabilidade, solicitando serviços de manutenção quando necessário;Observar rigorosamente o cumprimento das normas de segurança do trabalho;Observar rigorosamente o cumprimento do Código de Ética e Regulamento Interno;Executar outras atividades correlatas de acordo com as atribuições próprias de sua atividade e da natureza do seu trabalho.Requisitos e qualificaçõesEnsino médio completo;Experiência na área administrativa e com atendimento ao cliente;Informática básica;Pacote office;Informações adicionaisBenefícios:Vale AlimentaçãoPlano de Saúde BradescoAssistência OdontológicaSeguro de VidaVale TransporteVoucher de AniversárioUniversidade CoporativaWellhub (Antigo Gympass)Programas de acompanhamento de saúde mental e nutricionalDesconto em farmáciasVendas de produtos com desconto para colaboradores
