Se você acredita nisso e quer tornar este seu propósito, você está no lugar certo!A pessoa Auxiliar Administrativo - Setor de Apoio ao Estudante será responsável por atender os estudantes nas demandas por bolsas de estudos, descontos, financiamento estudantil e encaminhamentos para estágios e trabalho.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesAtender os estudantes nas demandas de bolsas de estudo, descontos, financiamento estudantil e encaminhamentos para estágios e empregos;Prestar informações e receber documentos relativos aos processos atendidos pelo SAE, encaminhando-os para análise; Auxiliar nos processos seletivos de bolsas de estudo da Instituição; Apoiar na elaboração dos relatórios de atividades exigidos pelos órgãos governamentais para a manutenção da filantropia; Manter banco de dados atualizado com vagas de estágio; Encaminhar os estudantes para as vagas de estágio; Operacionalizar os processos de encaminhamento, avaliação e finalização dos estágios;Operacionalizar o processo de estabelecimento de convênios e contratos de estágio;Garantir que os requisitos legais para a realização de estágios sejam cumpridos corretamente;Comunicar aos estudantes sobre as vagas de emprego disponíveis no mercado e na Instituição.Desejável conhecimento no PROUNI e Art. 170 e 171Requisitos e qualificaçõesCursando Ensino Superior em Administração, Pedagogia, Direito. Conhecimentos em ferramentas do Google Workspace.Conhecimento da legislação que regulamenta a realização de estágios.Familiaridade com a legislação referente a entidades de caráter filantrópico.Conhecimento dos programas de governo voltados ao incentivo à educação.Noções básicas de matemática.Informações adicionaisNossos benefícios:Auxílio Plano de Saúde (conforme política da Instituição).Bolsas de estudos (conforme política da Instituição).Plano Odontológico (conforme política da Instituição).Convênio com restaurante.Convênio SESC.Uniforme.Desconto em atividades do Centro de Natação e Academia.Estacionamento.ZenklubHorário de trabalho:Segunda a sexta feira das 13h12 às 16h e das 17h ás 22h
