Como Auxiliar Administrativo você irá realizar atividades de suporte operacional para a área, que permitam a execução dentro dos prazos e padrões de qualidade da empresa, mediante atividades administrativas, que atendam não só à rotina como também às necessidades situacionais.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesEmitir relatórios diversos dos sistemas utilizados na área, quando solicitado.Solicitar aquisição de materiais de escritório e realizar a verificação do seu recebimento.Realizar contatos com fornecedores, sempre que necessário.Atualizar controles, tabelas e outros documentos, através de rotina estabelecida pela área.Manter organizados e atualizar arquivos físicos e virtuais, através de rotina estabelecida pela área.Receber, controlar e enviar correspondências e mercadorias, através de malote e protocolo, providenciando os registros necessários.Executar atividades como atendimento de chamadas telefônicas e entregas/coletas de documentos no interior da empresa, mediante solicitação.Controlar e providenciar os pagamentos de despesas da área.Realizar agendamentos de reuniões, treinamentos e eventos, controlando os processos envolvidos e infraestrutura necessária.Requisitos e qualificaçõesEnsino médio completo.Pacote office básico.Disponibilidade de horário.Desejável fácil acesso a Seropédica.Informações adicionaisAmbiente de trabalho integrado, alegre e positivo.Refeitório próprio para bater aquele papo legal e descontraído com os seus colegas.Fretado para deslocamento com conforto e segurança.
