Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesArmazenar adequadamente os materiais e medicamentos seguindo a metodologia primeiro que vence – primeiro que sai (PVPS), utilizada para produtos que possuem data de validade, os produtos com prazos mais próximos ao vencimento devem ser os primeiros a serem utilizados;Atender as prescrições médicas dos setores, bem como as intercorrências dos setores de internação e pronto atendimento;Atender as intercorrências dos setores de internação e pronto atendimento; Prover os setores de internação com materiais necessários aos procedimentos da enfermagem e organizar materiais separados de acordo com os setores requisitantes de forma a facilitar as entregas;Auxiliar e contribuir no controle de estoque e contabilização de itens utilizados pelo paciente;Receber, conferir, registrar no sistema da empresa e armazenar as devoluções de produtos;Acondicionar as tiras informativas om dados dos pacientes de acordo com o leito nos gaveteiros individuais do carrinho de medicação;Preparar medicamentos em doses fracionadas, promovendo a divisão unitária e a etiquetagem dos medicamentos conforme padrões estabelecidos;Protocolar, separar, conferir e entregar os materiais médicos solicitados em requisição interna ou via sistema de informática, conforme rotina estabelecida;Conferir medicamento e materiais conforme rotina Montagem de kits cirúrgicos, assegurando a montagem, integridade e composição dos mesmos, de forma a assegurar a qualidade de utilização dos materiais;Participar da contagem dos itens em inventários; Efetuar contagens semanais de materiais e medicamentos, conforme padrões estabelecidos;Executar outras atividades correlatas a critério do superior.Requisitos e qualificaçõesObrigatório:Desejável: Informações adicionaisCarga horária:Unidade:O que oferecemos?Vale Alimentação;Vale Transporte;Assistência Médica;Assistência Odontológica;Convênio com Farmácia;Seguro de Vida;Auxílio Creche;Totalpass;Universidade Corporativa;Interclube (programa de descontos);Programa Conte Comigo.
