O Hospital Cruzeiro do Sul está em busca de um AUXILIAR ALMOXARIFADO FARMACIA para atuar em nossa Farmácia Hospitalar.Nesta posição, você será peça-chave para garantir que os insumos e medicamentos cheguem ao destino correto com agilidade e segurança. Buscamos um perfil organizado, que compreenda a responsabilidade de lidar com itens críticos e que deseje contribuir para a excelência do atendimento hospitalar por meio de um controle de estoque impecável.Responsabilidades e AtribuiçõesRealizar o recebimento de mercadorias, conferindo notas fiscais e integridade dos itens;Atuar na estocagem e armazenagem de medicamentos e materiais médicos, respeitando as normas de segurança;Executar a separação de materiais e insumos de acordo com as requisições dos setores;Realizar o controle rigoroso de validade (PVPS) e integridade dos lotes;Apoiar na realização de inventários rotativos para garantir a acuracidade do estoque;Manter a organização do almoxarifado, zelando pela limpeza e correta identificação dos itens;Operar sistemas de gestão de estoque para registro de entradas e saídas.Requisitos e qualificaçõesObrigatório:Ensino médio completo;Desejável:Experiência anterior em farmácia hospitalar ou unidades de saúde;Curso técnico em Logística ou áreas correlatas.Informações adicionaisHORARIO: 180HUNIDADE: HOSP CRUZEIRO DO SUL - OSASCOO que oferecemos?Vale Alimentação;Vale Transporte;Assistência Médica;Assistência Odontológica;Convênio com Farmácia;Seguro de Vida;Auxílio Creche;Totalpass;Universidade Corporativa;Interclube (programa de descontos);Programa Conte Comigo.
