Acreditamos que a capacidade humana é ilimitada e nos desafiamos sempre.Venha com a IHARA, contribuir para que o progresso e a competitividade brasileira, continuem a alimentar e mover o mundo.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesApoiar as atividades necessárias para garantir a execução, com agilidade e qualidade, da programação de plantio, instalação e colheita dos ensaios do Centro de Pesquisa.

Realizar atividades de plantio, manutenção, condução, adubação, pulverização, irrigação e colheita das culturas e ensaios.

Realizar a roçagem de gramados, curvas de nível e carreadores centrais das quadras, contribuindo para a conservação das áreas agrícolas.

Manter as instalações, áreas agrícolas, gramados, máquinas, equipamentos e ferramentas em boas condições de uso, limpeza e organização, seguindo os padrões de 5S do Centro de Pesquisa.

Apoiar a realização de avaliações dos ensaios, quando necessário.

Zelar pelo patrimônio da empresa, especialmente máquinas, ferramentas e equipamentos agrícolas, contribuindo para seu correto funcionamento e vida útil.

Utilizar os insumos de forma racional, evitando desperdícios.

Cumprir as diretrizes de compliance, incluindo IN36/42, legislação trabalhista e legislações ambientais aplicáveis ao Centro de Pesquisa.

Zelar pela segurança própria e dos demais colaboradores, utilizando corretamente os EPIs exigidos para cada atividade e seguindo os procedimentos de segurança na utilização de equipamentos agrícolas.

Comunicar imediatamente ao superior direto qualquer diferença, anormalidade ou problema identificado nas culturas ou estruturas do Centro de Pesquisa. Contribuir para manter o aspecto visual do Centro de Pesquisa organizado e dentro dos padrões exigidos, inclusive para condições de trabalho e visitações.

Requisitos e qualificaçõesEnsino Fundamental cursando – obrigatório;

Ensino Médio completo – desejável;

Curso Técnico Agrícola cursando ou concluído – desejável.
