Responsável por auxiliar no preparo, corte e organização das carnes no setor de açougue, garantindo a qualidade, higiene e apresentação dos produtos. Atua no apoio ao atendimento ao cliente, realizando separação, embalagem e pesagem dos produtos conforme solicitação, seguindo os padrões e normas internas da empresa. Contribui para a organização do setor, reposição de mercadorias e controle de validade, assegurando um ambiente limpo, seguro e uma experiência de compra satisfatória.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesAtender os clientes no setor de açougue com cordialidade, agilidade e atenção, conforme os padrões internos.Realizar a separação, pesagem, embalagem e identificação dos cortes solicitados pelo cliente, conforme as normas da empresa.Auxiliar no corte, embandejamento e preparação das carnes, seguindo orientações do açougueiro responsável e normas internas.Garantir a correta exposição dos produtos no balcão, mantendo organização, reposição e boa apresentação.Verificar a qualidade, validade e condições das carnes, retirando produtos impróprios para consumo.Manter a limpeza e higienização do setor, equipamentos, bancadas e utensílios utilizados no processo.Apoiar no recebimento, armazenamento e organização das mercadorias no estoque do setor.Seguir rigorosamente as normas de higiene, segurança alimentar e boas práticas de manipulação de alimentos.Auxiliar na precificação e identificação dos produtos expostos no balcão de vendas.Apoiar a equipe em rotinas operacionais do setor, contribuindo para o bom funcionamento do açougue.Requisitos e qualificaçõesConhecimentos básicos de manipulação e preparo de alimentos no setor de açougue.Perfil ágil, organizado e atento aos detalhes, com foco em higiene e qualidade.Facilidade de relacionamento e trabalho em equipe.Compromisso com normas de segurança alimentar e boas práticas de manipulação.Experiência em açougue, atendimento ao cliente ou áreas de alimentos será um diferencial.Informações adicionaisBenefícios Prêmio AssiduidadeAdicional de InsalubridadeVale alimentaçãoVale-transporteSeguro de vidaJornada 07h20 diárias em escala 6x1, com atuação aos domingos e feriados conforme escala de revezamento.
