Se você acredita que pode fazer a diferença, junte-se ao nosso time. Incentivamos a candidatura de pessoas negras, pessoas com deficiência, LGBTQIAPN+ e/ou de diferentes gerações. #VemSerTelemont.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesReceber e conferir os materiais que chegam ao almoxarifado, verificando se as quantidades e especificações estão de acordo com os documentos de acompanhamento, como notas fiscais e ordens de compra; Organizar e armazenar os materiais de forma adequada e segura no almoxarifado, seguindo as diretrizes de organização e cuidando para que os itens sejam facilmente acessíveis quando necessário; Preparar os materiais conforme as solicitações dos diferentes setores da empresa ou clientes externos, separando os itens corretos e embalando-os de acordo com os padrões estabelecidos; Auxiliar no controle do estoque, registrando as entradas e saídas de materiais em sistemas informatizados ou planilhas, e participando de inventários periódicos para garantir a precisão dos registros; Atender às solicitações de materiais dos diferentes departamentos da empresa, fornecendo os itens solicitados dentro dos prazos estabelecidos e garantindo a satisfação dos clientes internos; Manter o almoxarifado limpo, organizado e seguro, realizando a limpeza regular do espaço e garantindo que os equipamentos de armazenamento estejam em boas condições de uso; Embalar os materiais de forma adequada para transporte ou armazenamento, aplicando etiquetas de identificação com informações relevantes, como código do produto, lote e validade; Descartar corretamente os materiais obsoletos, danificados ou em excesso, seguindo os procedimentos e regulamentos de descarte de resíduos da empresa e respeitando as normas ambientais; Colaborar com as auditorias internas e externas do almoxarifado, fornecendo informações e documentos necessários e garantindo a conformidade com os padrões de qualidade e segurança; Trabalhar em equipe com outros membros do almoxarifado e colaborar com diferentes departamentos da empresa para garantir o bom funcionamento das operações logísticas como um todo; Executar outras atividades de mesma natureza, nível de complexidade e responsabilidade.Requisitos e qualificaçõesEnsino médio completo.Necessário possuir experiência na função.Informações adicionaisBenefícios:Assistência médica;Assistência odontológica;Auxílio academia;Vale refeição ou alimentação;Vale-transporte;Seguro de vida;Descontos em farmácias e lojas parceiras.Horário de Trabalho:  segunda a sexta-feira.
