Em Nosso Time, você irá ajudar nas rotinas administrativas do almoxarifado como codificação de produtos nas prateleiras, auxiliar na realização de baixas de requisição de materiais recebidos no sistema ERP.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesSuas principais entregas:Gestão de Estoque e Inventário: Preparação e participação ativa em inventários periódicos, contagem de itens e garantia da acuracidade do estoque;Sistemas e Planilhas: Alimentação de sistemas de gestão, controle via planilhas e atualização de dados de entrada e saída;Identificação e Etiquetagem: Organização física dos materiais, etiquetagem e garantia de que todos os itens estejam devidamente identificados;Recebimento e Notas Fiscais: Conferência física dos materiais recebidos em relação ao pedido e nota fiscal, além do processamento da documentação;Follow-up com Compras: Acompanhamento constante com o setor de Suprimentos sobre a chegada de materiais e prazos de entrega;Manuseio e Preservação: Movimentação dos itens, organização das prateleiras e zelo pela integridade dos materiais estocados.Requisitos e qualificaçõesRequisitos Exigidos:Escolaridade: Ensino Médio completo (mínimo), sendo desejável curso técnico em Logística ou Administração.Informática: Domínio de Excel (intermediário) e experiência com sistemas de gestão ERP (como SAP, TOTVS).Conhecimento Fiscal: Noções básicas de conferência de Notas Fiscais (NFs) e CFOP (Código Fiscal de Operações e Prestações).Logística Interna: Conhecimento em métodos de inventário e técnicas de armazenagem.
