Recepcionar e auxiliar os pacientes e acompanhantes durante seu atendimento na Unidade, Otimizar e contabilizar o tempo de espera dos pacientes da clínica médica, Acolher os paciente e acompanhantes de forma cordial e respeitosa, visando um atendimento humanizado, Monitorar os tempos de espera dos pacientes para os procedimentos médicos, enfermagem, laboratório e radiologia com objetivo em agilizar os atendimentos e melhorar a satisfação dos usuários.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesRecepcionar os pacientes e acompanhantes de forma acolhedora e eficiente atendendo suas necessidades;Encaminhar as fichas e acompanhar os pacientes nas interconsultas no Ambulatório nas especialidades de oftalmo e otorrino nas avaliações de urgência e emergência;Informar o superior imediato as informações que não forem satisfatórias no decorrer do plantão;Conferir escalas médicas e anotar em quadro data e horário do plantão, e os nomes dos plantonistas por especialidade;Organizar os consultórios médicos e repor os impressos utilizados para os atendimentos;Auxiliar a equipe médica informando sobre os retornos e a localização dos pacientes que aguardam;Direcionar os pacientes sem acompanhantes para Equipe de Enfermagem acionar o Serviço Social nos casos que necessitarem de intervenção da equipe;Localizar fichas extraviadas durante o atendimento, exceto os casos que estiverem sob os cuidados da enfermagem;Tomar providência referente às reclamações de pacientes e acompanhantes durante o atendimento;Proporcionar trabalho em parceria com a enfermagem e portaria no auxílio aos idosos, gestantes, mãe com criança de colo e pacientes portadores de necessidades especiais;Recolher as fichas atendidas pelos médicos e digitá-las em planilha para o monitoramento das mesmas;Encaminhar as fichas atendidas e as solicitações de exames para os setores responsáveis para a realização dos procedimentos prescritos;Receber e anexar nas fichas os resultados dos exames e procedimentos prescritos para serem encaminhados para os retornos médicos;Monitorar os tempos estabelecidos dos exames (encaminhamento ao recebimento) de acordo com a avaliação e classificação de risco;Recolher as fichas de alta, dar baixa na planilha e encaminhá-las para a Recepção;Desenvolver outras atividades conforme necessidade ou a critério do superior;Manter o setor limpo e organizado;Participar de reuniões, estudos e projetos de interesse da Instituição sempre que solicitados.Requisitos e qualificaçõesEnsino médio completo;Conhecimento em informática - Nível usuário;Desejável experiência no atendimento ao público.Informações adicionaisEscala segunda a sexta ou segunda a sábado (período tarde - 13h às 19h)Escala 12x36 - (diurno 07h às 19h)
