Se você gosta de desafios, acredita no poder da educação e quer fazer parte de um ambiente em crescimento, colaborativo e orientado a resultados, essa oportunidade é para você! 🚀Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesAtender alunos presencialmente ou via WhatsApp, esclarecendo dúvidas sobre plataformas, mensalidades e procedimentos acadêmicos e financeiros. Abrir chamados, gerar declarações, históricos e demais documentos relacionados à vida acadêmica dos alunos. Auxiliar na organização de processos internos do setor de atendimento. Colaborar com a equipe para garantir a resolução de demandas dentro dos prazos estabelecidos. Registrar informações de atendimento com precisão, garantindo a integridade dos dados.Requisitos e qualificaçõesCompetências Técnicas
