Seja um dos #TalentosCN!Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesRealizar atendimento aos clientes por meio de diversos canais: telefone (0800), e-mail, WhatsApp, webchat, redes sociais e site.Identificar demandas, registrar atendimentos e encaminhar solicitações às áreas responsáveis.Receber e tratar reclamações, solicitações, dúvidas e elogios, garantindo retorno resolutivo ao cliente dentro das normas do SAC.Apoiar a área comercial no atendimento a clientes e acompanhamento de solicitações.Realizar atividades administrativas, como cadastro e atualização de dados de clientes em sistema.Acompanhar demandas relacionadas a pedidos, posicionamentos e negociações comerciais, quando necessário.Apoiar no monitoramento de notas fiscais de devolução de clientes, auxiliando em processos junto à área fiscal quando necessário.Atuar em situações de contingência sistêmica, apoiando a equipe comercial no atendimento aos clientes.Seguir procedimentos e normas internas para garantir eficiência, organização e qualidade no atendimento.Requisitos e qualificaçõesRequisitos obrigatórios:Ensino médio completoExperiência mínima de 6 meses com atendimento ao cliente (presencial ou remoto)Conhecimento básico em Pacote OfficeDisponibilidade para trabalhar de segunda a sábadoDiferenciais:Experiência em call center ou central de atendimentoExperiência em atendimento multicanalEnsino superior em andamentoJornada de trabalho e local:Sete Lagoas/MG1 vaga: Segunda à sábado, 36h semanais - Segunda a sexta-feria de 07h00 as 13h20 e sábado de 08 as 12hrs. 1 vaga:
