O CIEE/SC, em seus 40 anos de história, se tornou sinônimo de esperança e oportunidades, mudando as vidas de milhares de jovens e suas famílias, por meio da educação, do trabalho digno e geração de renda.Acreditamos que a promoção da inclusão social do jovem no mundo do trabalho é fator decisivo para uma sociedade melhor e mais igualitária, e se isto te move também, venha fazer parte da nossa equipe!Etapas do processo seletivo:Inscrição e avaliação dos currículos;Bate-papo com a pessoa recrutadora (de forma online);Entrevista técnica com o Supervisor(a)/Coordenador(a) local;Feedbacks e/ou proposta (sempre com transparência, empatia e respeito).Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesSua missão será:Apoiar os processos de Recrutamento e Seleção e atendimento de estagiários e aprendizes, orientando e acompanhando os estudantes e empresas durante o período de contratação. Suas atividades serão:Apoiar nas atividades de Recrutamento e Seleção para vagas de Estágio;Informar os jovens sobre as vagas que estão em processo seletivo - Estágio; Verificar vagas (abertas, reservadas, canceladas, fechadas) e o relatório das manutenções das oportunidades de estágio;Atender estudantes e empresas repassando informações diversas; Atualizar as informações dos estudantes cadastrados no sistema operacional; Divulgar as oportunidades de estágio para as instituições de ensino e os estudantes cadastrados; Encaminhar estudantes para as oportunidades de estágio; Entrar em contato com diversas empresas para realizar a manutenção das vagas abertas;Esclarecer dúvidas e orientar o público sobre os serviços e programas ofertados pelo CIEE;Demais atividades pertinentes ao setor.Requisitos e qualificaçõesGraduação completa ou cursando Psicologia, Administração, Recursos Humanos ou áreas correlatas;Disponibilidade para 40h semanais (Seg à sexta: 8h às 12h e das 13h30 às 17h30)Experiência com Recrutamento e Seleção será um diferencial.Informações adicionais💙 Para cuidar de você, oferecemos:🩺 Assistência médica (Unimed) → com coparticipação de 50% nos procedimentos, sem mensalidade para o(a) colaborador(a).
