Inscreva-se e venha fazer parte de uma empresa em constante evolução!Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesAtender, qualificar e reativar leads de possíveis clientes que se interessaram em conhecer empreendimentos da Árbore, via telefone e WhatsApp, garantindo um primeiro contato ágil, personalizado e com alto potencial de conversão.Agendar e confirmar visitas no CRM, acompanhar a jornada do cliente e apresentar empreendimentos com segurança, utilizando materiais e ferramentas digitais.Manter a base de leads atualizada e organizada, assegurando dados precisos para ações comerciais e análise de resultados.Interagir com corretores e equipe de vendas, compartilhando informações, acompanhando feedbacks e apoiando campanhas, eventos e iniciativas comerciais.Monitorar concorrência e métricas de performance, trazendo insights e sugestões para melhorar processos e aumentar conversão.Participar de treinamentos e reuniões de capacitação para evoluir continuamente na função.Requisitos e qualificaçõesEnsino médio completo (preferencialmente curso técnico ou superior em andamento na área comercial ou administrativa).Experiência anterior na área comercial é um diferencial.Imprescindível atenção a erros e qualidade no atendimento.Ter perfil para trabalhar com metas diárias e vontade de atuar na área comercial.Domínio básico de ferramentas do Google (Drive, Planilhas, Documentos).Informações adicionais 🕐 Jornada de Trabalho: Segunda - Sábado: 8h as 16h20.🎯 Benefícios que valorizam o seu dia a dia!💳 Vale Refeição ou Alimentação – R$33,44 por diaVocê escolhe: alimentação ou refeição, com liberdade para equilibrar suas necessidades com praticidade e bem-estar.☕ Café da Manhã Todos os DiasComece o dia com energia!
