Nesse cargo, a missão será executar atividades de apoio na captação, retenção, fidelização de clientes, desde o contato inicial ao pós-venda com qualidade de informações e atendimento humanizado.

Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesReceber ligações prestando informações, triar ligações; Planejar atividades de vendas especializadas e de demonstração de serviços; Realizar trabalhos através de contato presencial ou via telefone, redes sociais e aplicativos, onde apresentam e demonstram serviços, esclarecem dúvidas e acompanham o pós-venda; Realizar Vendas on-line via Instagram e/ou WhatsApp, e presencial; Realizar atendimento de clientes via fone ou presencial; Auxiliar no gerenciamento de páginas de divulgação da empresa; Apoiar o tratamento de leads digitais realizados pelo Marketing; Efetuar reservas e cotações, informar preços de produtos, esclarecer dúvidas mais simples ou direcionar os casos mais complexos aos departamentos competentes; Discutir estratégias com o superior para identificar necessidades do cliente e perfil; Analisar potencial de clientes para contato e oferta de serviços; Receber indicação de futuros clientes e preparar cadastro de novos clientes; Realizar atendimentos para demonstrar características e benefícios do serviço, apresentando tabelas de preços e formas de pagamento; Convidar clientes para visitar empresa e fazer itinerário de visitas; Enviar mala direta aos clientes ou auxiliar em estratégias de marketing; Pesquisar ações dos concorrentes propondo melhorias de processos; Controlar questionário de pesquisa de satisfação do cliente; Filtrar informações para melhorar serviços; Dar retorno das sugestões ao cliente; Cumprir cotas de venda; Prestar apoio nas rotinas administrativas, lançamentos e controles de atendimento, alimentando informações em planilhas excel e sistema Moskit.

Requisitos e qualificaçõesEnsino Médio Completo;Desejável vivência na função de call center;Comunicação persuasiva; Ter conhecimento em técnicas de vendas, será um diferencial.
