Se você tem paixão por organização, mede a agilidade como um cronometrista e busca crescer em um ambiente de alta performance, seu lugar é com a gente.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesComo Auxiliar de Bartender no Grupo FIT, você será o catalisador da agilidade do bar, garantindo que o serviço nunca pare.Suas principais responsabilidades e atribuições incluem:Mise en Place e Velocidade: Assegurar que todos os insumos e pré-preparos (sucos, xaropes, cortes de fruta, gelo) estejam prontos e abastecidos para atender à alta demanda do serviço.Controle e Organização: Manter o bar, equipamentos, copos e utensílios impecavelmente limpos e organizados, seguindo as Boas Práticas e garantindo a segurança alimentar.Gestão de Estoque: Monitorar os níveis de estoque no balcão e realizar a reposição constante de bebidas e insumos, evitando interrupções no serviço.Suporte Tático: Atuar como o braço direito do Bartender, auxiliando na preparação rápida de drinks simples e na busca de ingredientes em horários de pico.Qualidade e Descarte: Assegurar o armazenamento correto das bebidas e insumos sensíveis, controlando validades e gerenciando o descarte adequado de resíduos do bar.Requisitos e qualificaçõesBuscamos um profissional que se identifique com nosso propósito e tenha as seguintes qualificações:Organizacionais: Disciplina que nos fortalece, Segurança em cada atitude, Gratidão que nos conecta, Vibração que inspira.Habilidades Técnicas: Comprometimento com o padrão de higiene e limpeza, atenção ao detalhe (na reposição e mise en place) e senso de urgência (para operar em alto volume). Habilidades Comportamentais: Agilidade (no manuseio e reposição), foco (em manter o bar fluindo) e espírito de equipe, essencial para o ritmo de um bar.Conhecimentos: Conhecimento básico de bebidas e coquetelaria, noções de segurança alimentar e higiene (BPF) e habilidade com manuseio de utensílios de bar.Vivência Desejável: Vivência prévia em bares de alto volume, pubs ou ambientes com serviço rápido (como aeroportos), onde a agilidade e a organização são críticas.Informações adicionaisLocal de Atuação: Lojas do Grupo FIT no aeroporto de CongonhasSalário: R$ 2.160,16Benefícios: Vale transporte + refeição no local+ gorjetaEscala: 6x1 (1 folga semanal + 1 domingo/mês).Turnos disponíveis:Intermédio: 08h as 16h20
