Se você gosta de desafios, acredita no poder da educação e quer fazer parte de um ambiente em crescimento, colaborativo e orientado a resultados, essa oportunidade é para você! 🚀Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesRealizar cobrança e atendimento via contato Telefônico e WhatsApp a alunos inadimplentes, garantindo clareza, empatia e qualidade na comunicação. Enviar boletos e acompanhar a efetivação de pagamentos. Analisar e propor soluções de negociação e parcelamento de débitos. Efetivar acordos e acompanhar a quitação de valores. Preencher e controlar planilhas de cobrança e registros financeiros. Analisar contestações e encaminhar soluções para alunos e demais departamentos. Prestar atendimento interno às demandas de outros setores, colaborando com informações e suportes relacionados à cobrança. Contribuir com melhorias nos processos administrativos e de atendimento, garantindo eficiência operacional.Requisitos e qualificaçõesCompetências Técnicas  Conhecimento em Matemática Financeira e noções básicas de contabilidade. Experiência com sistemas de gestão financeira e CRM para cobrança. Domínio de ferramentas de informática, principalmente planilhas (Excel ou Google Sheets). Habilidade em processos administrativos, registro e organização de dados. Capacidade de negociação e resolução de conflitos.  Competências Comportamentais (Fit Cultural)  Proatividade: Executa tarefas com iniciativa, identificando pequenas melhorias no seu fluxo de trabalho diário.  Agilidade: Responde prontamente às solicitações e cumpre prazos com eficiência e senso de urgência.  Resolutividade: Resolve as demandas do dia a dia de forma prática e eficaz, utilizando os recursos disponíveis.  Informalidade: Comunica-se de forma simples, direta e respeitosa com colegas e alunos.  Segurança da Informação: Trata informações de alunos e da empresa com total sigilo e responsabilidade.  Flexibilidade: Adapta-se a novas rotinas, horários ou ferramentas de trabalho com atitude positiva.  Empatia: Coloca-se no lugar do aluno ou colega, oferecendo um atendimento humanizado e gentil.  Competências Complementares: Atenção aos Detalhes Curiosidade Técnica Pensamento Analítico  Formação / Experiência
