Suas principais responsabilidades e atribuições incluem:Execução e PadrãoMontar e finalizar os pratos com foco em apresentação, sabor e fidelidade ao que foi criado pelo chef.Ter domínio do cardápio, fichas técnicas e montagem de cada item, garantindo consistência na entrega.Trabalhar com atenção aos detalhes — do corte à finalização — com um olhar voltado para a experiência do cliente.Fluxo e OrganizaçãoOrganizar e repor insumos ao longo do turno, mantendo a fluidez mesmo nos horários de pico.Armazenar corretamente ingredientes, respeitando validade e normas de segurança alimentar.Lavar e organizar louças e utensílios durante o expediente, mantendo a pia funcional e o time em ritmo.Zelar pela limpeza constante de bancadas, equipamentos e da área de trabalho.Ritmo, Comunicação e ColaboraçãoManter sintonia com o salão, garantindo agilidade na entrega dos pedidos.Apoiar o time em todas as etapas do preparo, com disciplina, respeito e espírito de equipe.Cumprir com rigor as normas da ANVISA e os padrões internos de segurança e higiene.Requisitos e qualificaçõesBuscamos um profissional que se identifique com o nosso propósito e tenha as seguintes qualificações:Organizacionais: Disciplina que nos fortalece, Segurança em cada atitude, Gratidão que nos conecta, Vibração que inspira.Habilidades Técnicas: Pessoa ágil, com atenção aos detalhes e orgulho de entregar pratos bem executados.Habilidades Comportamentais: Capacidade de trabalhar sob pressão, com ritmo e espírito de colaboração.
