O Colégio Franco busca um(a) Auxiliar de Educação comprometido(a) com a disciplina, a segurança e o bem-estar dos alunos, contribuindo diretamente para a rotina escolar e para o desenvolvimento integral das turmas. O profissional será responsável por orientar os alunos quanto às regras do Regimento Escolar, acompanhar a entrada e saída das aulas, zelar pelo comportamento durante os períodos de recreio e apoiar os professores em suas solicitações. Aqui, você fará parte de uma equipe colaborativa e dedicada, que trabalha unida para formar cidadãos conscientes, capazes de repensar e transformar a realidade.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesOrientar os alunos sobre as regras e procedimentos definidos no Regimento Escolar;Acompanhar a entrada e saída das turmas, bem como os horários de recreio e troca de aulas, garantindo a conduta, a segurança e o bem-estar dos alunos;Atender solicitações dos professores, oferecendo apoio às atividades pedagógicas;Organizar e controlar o arquivo de material pedagógico, assegurando que esteja completo e acessível;Auxiliar na manutenção da disciplina e no bom andamento da rotina escolar.Requisitos e qualificaçõesEnsino médio completo;Experiência prévia em ambiente escolar, preferencialmente em funções de monitoria, apoio pedagógico ou supervisão de alunos;Habilidade para lidar com crianças e adolescentes, demonstrando empatia, paciência e postura firme quando necessário;Organização e atenção aos detalhes;Boa comunicação e facilidade para trabalhar em equipe;Conhecimento básico de normas escolares e interesse em contribuir para a formação integral dos alunos;Informações adicionaisHorário: 09h45 às 19h30hLocal: Colégio Franco (Laranjeiras - RJ)
